R&D department
　　With the use of CAD tools, our highly experienced engineers produce drawings for our own design and also for our customers’. We also provide our expertise and consultancy to our customers in designing watchband that matches their watchcase or during their development of new timepiece.

Molding Department
　　We host our own computer automated precision mold cutting and etching machines that can create precision stainless steel moldings for watchband in hours. Coupled with dozens of experienced mold masters, we can usually produce a watchband sample within a week.

Stamping Department
　　Combined of over 30 high strength stamping machines, we can produce tens of thousands copper links, stainless steel links, titanium links, and mesh straps with various shape and patterns.
　　Besides stamping stainless steel watchband, we are also capable of producing watchband from profile bar. Our automated profile bar cutting machines can produce tens of thousands stainless steel links per day.

Drilling Department
　　Drilling is one of important process in producing a high quality watchband. Our experience workers operating over 50 drilling machines can perform high precision drilling with accuracy to one hundredth of millimeter.
　　Closely monitored by quality control team, our drilling team is able to achieve over 99% passing rate.

Polishing Department
　　If drilling is important for making high quality watchband, then polishing is essential in making a supreme watchband. Our highly trained workers are able to polish watchband in various finishing and complicated pattern consistently.
　　This is also a reason why lots of our products are being adopted in many Swiss made timepieces.

Quality Control Department
　　We understand that producing high quality watchband is crucial to maintain our reputation in achieving our mission statement of “Customer first, quality highest”. This is why we request our quality team to examine all products before shipping to our customers.
We also adopt scientific quality control process and allow our QC team to directly report to the highest management in order to guarantee that our products are conformed to customers’ specifications.
